LionCodeX is a trading name and digital project managed by Tzeni Vlachopoulou, based in Thessaloniki, Greece. For privacy matters, contact hello@lioncodex.gr.
2. Data, purposes and legal bases

3. Leo AI processing
Leo is a digital assistant that may use artificial intelligence. If a question is not handled by a local intent, the message, relevant recent context and page information may be sent to the active AI provider, OpenAI or DeepSeek, depending on configuration.
Do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords, identity documents or payment details. Full chat context is held in application memory for up to 2 hours. Answers are informational and may need human confirmation.
4. Business Scan and Business Growth Score
Business Scan uses predefined answers to produce an indicative Business Growth Score and service recommendations. Answers remain in session storage until the browser session ends unless you submit your contact details; then the result and answers are linked to your request.
5. Providers and transfers
Possible providers include Contabo for hosting, Google/Gmail for email, and OpenAI or DeepSeek for AI processing. The exact production server region must be confirmed through the Contabo account and contract before final publication.
Data is not sold to advertisers. LionCodeX does not currently send newsletters or unrelated promotional campaigns.

7. Rights and withdrawal
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, or withdraw analytics consent. Use the “Privacy settings” link in the footer to change analytics consent.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. The site is not specifically designed for children.
